The purpose of Celebration Church is to glorify God by obeying the Great Commandment and the Great Commision. A process that is designed to produce disciples of Jesus Christ through implementing four basic principles into our teaching:
Worship (Celebrating)- "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment." Matthew 22:37-38
Ministry (Caring)- "Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself." Matthew 22:39
Evangelism (Cultivating)- "All the power is given unto me in heaven and earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost" Matthew 28:18-19
Discipleship (Communicating)- "Teach them to observe all things I have commanded you" Matthew 28:20
To worship God as a family of believers assembling together for praise and fellowship in the spirit of unity and love. (John 4:23-24)
To be Christ-like in our daily living by emphasizing total commitment of life, personality, and possessions to the lordship of Christ. (Mark 12:30)
To equip the members to develop and utilize the spiritual gifts and abilities of each member to do the work of the Church. (Eph. 4:11-13)
To edify eachother through the fellowship through love, understanding, and encouragement. ( 1 Thes. 5:11)
To evangelize the lost by sharing the good news of the Gospel and what God has done for us through Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:19-20)
To minister to the total needs of others in the spirit of Jesus with love, compassion, and joy. (Matt. 25:35-45
To teach the Bible, God's Word, as the supreme source of truth as inspired by God without any mixture of error. (2 Tim. 3:15-17)
To pray bibically, earnestly, and sincerely. (Jer. 33:3)
To help strengthen the family and prepare families for Christian living. (Eph. 5:21-33; 6:1-4)
